At Aoun Design Art Studio, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 10-day refund policy subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for a refund.
  • Digital downloads and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

  • Once your request is received and reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at aounali2017@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at aounali2017@gmail.com
